2018 has been a great year for the development of Tron. We saw the Main Net launch, the acquisition of BitTorrent, and the breaking of the 3 million daily transactions mark. 2019 is starting spectacularly with the niTROn Summit event in January! What is this? Well, I’m glad you asked. niTROn is the first large scale Tron conference with people from all over the world in attendance. Speakers and attendees will have the opportunity to network, learn more about the cryptocurrency industry, and hear about Tron’s goals for a fully decentralized web.

Who’s Speaking?

Even though Tron is one of the newer blockchain projects, they have achieved so much in a short amount of time that many high profile individuals will be speaking at the event. In case you haven’t heard yet, NBA superstar Kobe Bryant will be one of the keynote speakers at the niTROn Summit. After retiring from basketball, Kobe has become a successful businessman by starting his own joint venture investment firm as well as a film production studio. Justin Sun, CEO of The Tron Foundation will join Kobe on stage where they will have a conversation about entrepreneurship. The third keynote speaker is Jazz Kang, the head of Business Development for Swisscom Blockchain. He will speak about blockchain in the telecommunication industry.

In addition, there are other high profile speakers from both the blockchain world and traditional business world. These include a former US SEC commissioner, CEO of OKCoin USA, CEO of Mars Finance, and a Senior Director at Oracle. But wait, there’s more! TronSpark’s very own George Rodriguez will also be speaking on the main stage alongside of other Tron SR representatives on the role that the community plays in mass adoption for blockchain projects. You do not want to miss that!
