OKCoin Japan: First Crypto Exchange in Japan with TRX Staking

OKCoin Japan, the subsidiary of OKCoin which is one biggest cryptocurrency exchanges announced that they are the first local digital asset exchange in Japan to offer TRX staking to its users.

TRX staking on the OKCoin Japan would be available starting August 29th as long as the user have a minimum of 100 TRX available on his account and the staking reward has a maximum annual rate of 3.88%.

TRON would be the latest cryptocurrency available for staking on OKCoin Japan alongside IOST.

OKCoin Japan started supporting TRX on its platform last February.

What is OKCoin Japan?

OKCoin Japan is the Japanese subsidiary of OKCoin it was established in September 2017 and registered as OKCoin Japan Co. Ltd. which has a headquarters in Minato City, Tokyo.

The Japanese-based exchange is led by John Feng who is the CEO of OKCoin Japan and they are one of the few exchanges in the country to fully comply with the rules and regulations issued by the Japanese Financial Services Agency (FSA) and the Japan Virtual Currency Exchange Association (JVCEA).
